General Questions

The STRIKE is a high quality steel I/C-Frame, with cable management inside the legs. When used with a rectangular desk, it has the C-frame profile for additional knee clearance. If used on a corner desk, we use an I-frame profile to keep the been centred and the desk sturdier. The STRIKE also has the option to include custom RGB LED Leg Plates.

The STEED is a high quality steel A-Frame, with a central cross-beam. Not as ideal for knees and coming with less options than the STRIKE. The STEED is only for those cannot resist the angled leg aesthetic!

The STANCE Desk has a robust height-adjustable frame, adjusting from 71cm to 126.5cm with the push of a button. With a sturdy crossbeam and cable tray as standard. It has everything you need!

All 3 frames are compatible with all our desktops. 

A 2-legged STANCE can be upgraded to a 3-leg STANCE after receiving the item. However the cost incurred may seem more than expected, due to the need to replace the power module as well as adding the additional leg. We try to reduce the cost of this by asking the previous power module be returned to us, factoring a partial refund into the cost of the upgrade.

If you already own a 2-Leg STRIKE/STEED Desk you can order the third leg separately as there’s no extra components required. You can find the STRIKE/STEED Third Leg in the Accessories section of our shop. If you also need a third RGB LED legplate, please email us at info@halberd.com

Our rectangular desktops come in 4 typical widths: The 120cm, 150cm, 180cm and 210cm. Most desktops have a depth of 73cm and are 19mm thick Valchromat unless clearly specified.

Our corner desktops come in a variety of combinations, providing 150 or 180cm on either width. The large ‘wings’ are 73cm deep from sitting position to the wall. Small ‘wings’ are approximately 65cm deep. Similarly these desktops are 19mm thick Valchromat.

The control module has a built-in anti-collision sensor, smart memory functions, automatic lift/lower to 4 custom preset heights, and Bluetooth connection to the "Desk Connect" App.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide delivery to most countries!

We try to have your items shipped within 2-3 days. However it can sometimes take upwards of 3 weeks for all the pieces required for your desk to be manufactured.

If there is a delay regarding your order, we will email you as soon as we know and shall keep you updated throughout the order process.

Once your order has left the warehouse, you should receive an email with tracking information. If there are any problems with the tracking please contact us on info@halberd.com

We don’t currently have the ability to show your order status, though you will receive an email once your order has been shipped. If you do require an update at any time, please don’t hesitate to drop us an email at info@halberd.com

Unfortunately due to the size of our Halberd Desks, they are unable to be delivered to PO Boxes or pick-up shops. They must be delivered to your home or office space.

Desk accessories and merchandise may be able to be delivered to a PO Box or Pick-Up shop. Please email us first to ensure that this can be done before placing your order.

Unfortunately once your order has left the warehouse we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.

Warranty & Repair

Halberd Desks come with a 5 year Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Halberd Desks, will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

This limited warranty does not cover any problems that are caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

The combination of Valchromat and our special coating creates the ideal finish for easy restoration. We have inexpensive 'repair kits' available in the shop (please contact us if they are not showing) which will instruct how to repair or restore your desk. The process is incredibly straight forward and quick.

An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

Please enquire for more information about our Refund policy.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligiblefor a refund.

Please check our Terms of Service to see if you're eligible for a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

Once you have received your desk the option to exchange your desk is under the discretion of Halberd Desks. The desk must be in resellable condition, any addition in cost must be paid upfront by the customer. The customer must also pay for the return delivery of the existing product and the delivery of the replacement.

Halberd Desks reserve the right to refuse the exchange of items.

Payments & Safety

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We can quite easily change desktop and frame colours after your order has been placed, but please do contact us as soon as possible! If you drop us an email over to info@halberd.com and include your order number we shall we attempt to change it over. This is subject to limitations, if your order was a common seller (e.g full black desktop) we are still happy to change even after manufacturing said piece.

Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.
