Warranty

Our desks come with a 12-month limited warranty. Our limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Halberd Desks will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship, provided the product is still within its warranty period.

This limited warranty does not cover any problems caused by accidental damage, misuse, malfunction or other damage resulting from improper use.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us so that we can determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

 

Refunds and Returns

Unused products may be returned within 1 year of purchase. If you wish to make a return, the customer is responsible for the cost of return delivery. The product should be returned in its original packaging, if possible.

Once the item has been received and checked, a refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

You may return a product even if you have assembled it, provided it is in resalable condition.

All returns and refunds are subject to the discretion of Halberd Desks, and we reserve the right to refuse a return if the return criteria have not been fully met.

If you wish to make a return, please contact Halberd Desks and include “Halberd Refunds and Returns” in the subject line. We will respond as soon as possible.

 

Refunds

Any refunds required on your order may take up to two weeks to process after a refund has been agreed upon, plus your typical bank transfer wait period.
