Halberd Refunds and Returns. Our Desks come with a 12 Month Limited Warranty. Our Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. We, Halberd Desks, will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove to be defective because of improper material or workmanship. If the product is still within its Warranty Period.
This limited warranty does not cover any problems that are caused by accidental conditions, malfunctions or damage.
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Unused products may be returned within 1 Year of purchase. If you wish to return , the customer must pay for the return delivery of the product. The product should be in its original packaging if possible. Once the items have been received and checked, a refund will be made via the same method as your original transaction. You may return any product, even if you assembled it, as long as it’s in re-sellable condition. The return and refund is at the discretion of Halberd Desks, and we may refuse the return if the returns criteria is not fully met.
